2. Shipping Method

BigEtail does not ship products directly.

We deliver parcels through third-party shipping and courier companies. These logistics partners handle pickup, transportation, and final delivery to your provided shipping address.

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines depend on their service network and operational conditions.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Within India: 3–11 business days

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods.

BigEtail reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status through the respective courier partner’s tracking system.


6. Delayed, Lost, or Courier Issues

As delivery is handled by third-party courier companies:

  • BigEtail is not directly responsible for courier delays caused by operational or logistical issues.

  • However, we will assist customers in coordinating with the courier partner to resolve concerns.

In case of a confirmed lost shipment, a replacement or refund will be provided after investigation.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Attach clear photos/videos of the issue

  4. Provide a short description of the problem

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.


4. Refund After Return

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the package is visibly damaged:

  • Do not accept the parcel.

  • Inform us immediately with photos.
