Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Method
BigEtail does not ship products directly.
We deliver parcels through third-party shipping and courier companies. These logistics partners handle pickup, transportation, and final delivery to your provided shipping address.
Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines depend on their service network and operational conditions.
3. Delivery Time

Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

We accept returns under specific conditions to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:

3. Return Process

4. Refund After Return
Refund will be processed within 5β7 business days after product inspection.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged Package at Delivery
If the package is visibly damaged:
Do not accept the parcel.
Inform us immediately with photos.
This helps us process replacement or refund quickly.
