Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BigEtail, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed.

By placing an order on bigetail.in, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

A. Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to: support@bigetail.in

  • If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.

B. After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • You may request a return after delivery (subject to eligibility).


2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

✔ Product received is damaged
✔ Wrong item delivered
✔ Product has manufacturing defect

Not Eligible for Return

✘ Change of mind
✘ Minor color variations (especially for handmade/natural products)
✘ Used or partially consumed products
✘ Products without original packaging

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, refund will be credited within 7–10 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details).

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


4. Non-Refundable Products

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are generally non-refundable unless damaged or defective:

  • Tea products

  • Honey products

  • Edible items

  • Personalized/customized products


5. Damaged Products During Shipping

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Do not accept the parcel if visibly damaged.

  • Take clear photos and inform us immediately.

We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund accordingly.


6. Refund Rejection

Refunds may be rejected if:

  • Product is returned used or damaged by the customer

  • Return request exceeds allowed time limit

  • Required proof is not provided
